Data we collect

Account data: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
Your content: projects, descriptions and media files you upload.
Connected social accounts: when you connect Instagram or YouTube, we receive the account or channel ID, username and access tokens. With the permissions you grant, we access the data needed for the features you use: publishing posts and videos, post and channel statistics, comments and messages.

How we use it

Only to provide Postzilla to you: publishing and scheduling your posts, and showing you statistics, comments and messages for your own accounts. We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with third parties, except infrastructure providers that host the service for us (server hosting and Cloudflare R2 file storage).

Postzilla's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Access tokens for social accounts are stored encrypted (AES-256). Database backups are encrypted.

Retention and deletion

You can disconnect a social account in the app at any time; its tokens are deleted immediately. You can also revoke access from your Google account or Instagram settings. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@virasea.tech from your account's email address. We delete the data within 30 days; encrypted backups expire within 28 days after that.
